The Story
Simón was born in Venezuela when much of South America was ruled from far away.
He grew up loving books, big ideas, and the wide green land around him.
As a young man, he promised he would help his people be free.
He rode his horse over tall mountains and led armies across rivers and jungles.
Because of him, six whole countries got to choose their own way — people call him 'The Liberator.'
