Jane loved animals so much she once hid in a henhouse for hours to see how eggs were laid.
As a young woman she went all the way to Africa to study chimpanzees.
She sat quietly in the jungle for months until the chimps trusted her.
She was the first person to see chimps making and using tools!
Now she teaches kids all over the world to care for animals and the planet.
